    We confirm the business is licensed for the trade and state before the flag moves any further.

  2. Cross-referenced

    Your proposed range is compared against verified invoice submissions and published wage and material data for the same task and state.

  3. Manual review

    A person looks at the gap between your numbers and the current band, and at the reasoning you gave, before anything changes.

  4. Band adjusted, or explained

    If the flag holds up, the band moves and it's logged in the version history. If it doesn't, you'll hear why.
